Kent Leach is the founder of Hickory Creek Capital Partners, LLC. Kent oversees the company’s acquisitions and business-development activities. Kent directs the overall investment strategy and has a passion for creating value through education and sharing his knowledge. He brings to the company over 20 years of relationships, experience in general management and business development.

Prior to Hickory Creek Capital Partners, Kent founded K & K Investment Properties, LLC in 2003. Through self-education and various mentorships, Kent was able to build a portfolio of rental properties while transacting over 100 deals through numerous techniques and partnerships. Kent became proficient in short sale negotiations and flips, fix and flip, and rent to own strategies.

It was during this time that he also developed a passion for using various self-directed IRAs and CESAs to grow his investments tax free. Kent became an avid practitioner of the Infinite Banking Concept which he uses to grow wealth and invest alongside his investors. He enjoys teaching others how to escape government controlled qualified plans and create their own bank and “Alternative 401k”.

Kent graduated with honors in 1997 from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. He worked as a physical therapist in an internal medicine practice where he built valuable lifelong relationships that continue to invest with him today. Kent lives on a 12 acre farm in East Tennessee with his wife Karen and their 3 children. He enjoys time on his tractor, managing his cattle and helping his children develop a true work ethic. He squeezes in an occasional round of golf with friends and investors and can be found every Friday leading men’s discipleship Bible study at his church.
